The lodge is located at 2063 meters above sea level about 300 meters or about 3 minutes walk from the mountain station of the Dachstein Krippenstein cable car.

Driveway with the Dachstein cable car

When you arrive in Obertraun you can reach us with a ride on the Dachstein cable car. (Please note the Dachstein cable car operating hours in their itinerary Obertraun – Winter and Summer operating times. It is also possible at any international airport to rent a car to get to us. The average journey time from Salzburg to Obertraun is about 80 minutes. At the valley station of the Dachstein cable car in Obertraun you have a large parking space available.
